Vivian Reddy Joins World Leaders at CGI to Initiate Change

South African Businessman and philanthropist, Vivian Reddy, attended the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) in New York by invitation of former President Bill Clinton.

Clinton established CGI in 2005 to forge a network of influential people from around the world who meet annually to discuss and implement solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.

Vivian Reddy is one of the representatives from the African Continent who joined heads of state, Nobel Prize laureates, and hundreds of leading CEOs, heads of foundations and NGOs, major philanthropists, and members of the media at the 2012 event.

Reddy, who is involved in numerous philanthropic efforts in South Africa has said that the opportunity to network with the world’s most influential people, including Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and Rev. Jessie Jackson, for a cause close to his heart has been a deeply moving experience and he hopes to initiate change in South Africa as a result.
